Agreed, this is one of my bigger shareholdings too. They continue to dilute holders with equity issuance for acquisitions as well and when the share price is so low it forcing more shares to be issued. NVL is under a takeover and at a strong premium of approx 13X FY20 EV/EBITDA. If we assumed a 10X multiple to be conservative, that would equate to a share price of $0.75 @ EBITDA of 12 million for FY20. Any thoughts?
