My understanding is that once SEC approves listing, the listing happens within a day or so, and, considering we will find out at around 9:30 pm (the exact time escapes me), I do not think there will be a TH as that'll delay our NASDAQ listing. This is of course dependant on whether we've completed a roadshow or not - if not, then we will have more leeway. Either way, I do not think imo that there'll be a TH.
