    Hi Pete,

    If I may answer - alas the retreat that forms the handle is too far back (ie almost back to the base of the cup) as a Handle should form in the top half of the cup.

    I do commend your desire to understand charts - if ever in doubt investopedia is a good,quick reference point as indeed is youtube.
