    HC tolls have zero impact on the market, and if they belive they their posts have an impact, says a lot about them.

    Sure, maybe a down ramper MIGHT convince a bunch of HC members to sell, but let us be honesy, that probably equates to a couple of grand traded. wont make any difference to even a low volume day!
