Hi @comincon, really enjoy your posts. Almost everything you have said is correct here about IHL, its exceptional. No doubt about it.

However this: ''the market is never right'', is just not correct.

Yes, the market price reflects supply and demand. But the underlying reason for investment is return. That return value is defined by what your asset is worth.
If you've invested in the market, you've de-facto accepted the fact that your asset worth IS defined by the market. So what the market says is the value of your asset is the value of your asset.
