This was highlighted by another long term holder a while ago. The dilution from Apirx acquisition would place Sud beneath the 5% threshold so he would no longer be considered a significant shareholder or have to disclose the selling of his holding.
IMO Sud is free to do whatever he wants with his shares. Just as any other shareholder no matter how significant their holding is. If he was selling because he needed liquid, I see no issue as the underlying reason would not be due to a lack of faith in the company.
It would be a serious red flag if Sud began offloading large portions of his holding. This will be known at the end of each month when the top 20 is released. Until then it's not worth speculating based on small retraces and low daily volumes. The selling could literally be from anyone.
I don't believe Sud will offload just because he can. 42x was his baby and it works. The man is a multi millionaire who believes in this product. I expect he'll want to see this out till completion as a SH. All speculation of course
