to add to that, there isn't any incentive for shorters to cover at the moment (unless there's a left field announcement of course!). IHL has demonstrated that it can miss milestones (remember IHL-42x data readout blew up by roughly 5 months). they have all the time in the world to sit back munch on popcorn and see how desperate the loaders from 2017-2020 are to sell (at profit).
