Something about this IHL chart looks familiar; ATL four years ago, is close to retracing the resulting impulsive move but too early to catch the falling knife' IMO. Don't know anything about its operations (contemporary drug/s?) but the chart doesn't lie...
Daily chart: Indicators, MAs and volume not yet screaming buy yet, but on my watch list. ~8 Cents may well be support?
