it's just my musings based on the technicals I see, could be totally wrong.
An accumulation for an individual or company isn't too concerned with a few pips either way, they have a target number of shares to buy for a certain amount of capital and an investment thesis for a big gain.
Same same for a sell off, as we witnessed recently with that ETF unloading. They have a a target number to balance their portfolio and that's it, they sell into the bid until that happens.
A struggle on low volume over single pips is classic retail trading, especially when there's a huge disparity between the volumes on either side of the ledger.
