Alternatively, you could see a possible inverse H&S forming. In my view I'm seeing small caps being sold down on good anns, but not brutally dumping. It's retail action mostly, across the board little volume or froth in some of the small cap bios. No "distribution" from large holders, but simultaneously no large buying action either. Hope market sentiment improves in the ST but as all fundamental holders know, just keep hodling.
