Interesting to know thanks, just had a look around those times, they were Buying hard from around 1st February 2019, through to End of June, before Big rise to 11.0.

*This being about 5 months of Broker Data, Buying at an average of 2.2 cents, Wow........, they were about the No.1 Brokers buying then, again apart from Retail whom bought more, this is what I keep saying about Retail Buying with IHL, risk v reward here.....
