Agreed, regardless of which aisle of politics you are looking from, things are looking a little hairy so growth stocks are going to take a pounding unless they are really delivering.

10cents should hold for a while though looking at the graph. It would actually take some bad news to punch down through that, otherwise it would have to be a really long draught with material announcements.

I can’t imagine us not getting at least a couple of material announcements by the end of this financial year though. Besides alluding to the 40mil contract pipeline they also said they expected to close some more deal by the end of the financial year and in the Alan Kohler interview Sean talked about profitability from 16mil for the year if they can reach it. Honestly I doubt they can hit it for the financial year but maybe the calendar year. They have taken a lot of half up front orders but I doubt they become profitable this financial year considering how long it takes them to deliver due to testing time.

Hopefully the testing currently underway for the AUSTAL machine follows with another contract win. Also Sean talking about the new facility being critical for continuing subsequent alloy testing contracts but we haven’t seen anything since. Hopefully the $950mil that was pinned for blueforge has actually arrived or will arrive soon and they turn the tap on soon. Would be a shame if the new administration put a pause on that considering the financial restructuring underway.
