1.77 million shares bought at essentially market price and above the $0.15 price which the stock has been trading at for quite a while. I would argue that this is extremely bullish. The buyer wants in. They could have accumulated that amount of shares over the last few months at a cheaper price. So, I suspect something has changed and that's why they have bought now.
