    Regal is a long/short fund in most cases.
    I believe sometimes they lend shares to another one of their funds to go short on to improve that funds performance whilst holding a controlling stake in a certain company. How overall their funds still generate positive returns is beyond me. They are also known for death spiral funding… providing loans to companies that are on its death bed… I genuinely hate Regal in anything…
    Fortunately, AL3 has too many tailwinds and positives to sell. A large T1 partner is all it takes for this to become a 200-300m company. Currently being around 50mil EV is too cheap to ignore.
