I think you'll find it's closer to 150mln......which illustrates my point.
Iress, and other inept service providers, constantly do this.
You need to study annual reports, the prospectus, and other sources such as 'substantial shareholder' notices to find the complete picture.
It's a trap that the market often falls into as vendor shares, escrowed shares and other issues are often not included, or updated, in their stated figures.
