Just think about how tight the free float really is on BD1.
• Around 80m shares on the register
• 45% owned by the Top 20
• 5% Credit Suisse
Hypothetically (from here on):
• Say another 5% owned by Management / staff who are not top 20.
So that would leave 45% or around 36m shares on the market.
• Retail shareholder might have around 60% of that, say 22m shares.
• Which could possibly leave institutions holding only 14m shares.
The point is, they'll want a lot more and there's not many around.
So they're going to shake the tree as hard as possible.
If retail holders keep selling price will keep going down.
So hold if you can!
I'm pretty sure BD1 will be the stock of the year on the ASX!
