For a company like RNT it's more of a takeover target than anything else, even at 10c it's only ~$40m which would be perfect for other players out there.
The property space on the market is very small, not much room for competition which makes it easy for a small cap to be gobbled up, anyone watching would see that it's bottomed so it's either now or never (for a TO) anyway.
