    That's completely false, the company is not required to respond to your questions (especially stupid speculative ones like "when will there be a cap raise". If a company answered every question from every little investor with a couple shares then they wouldn't have enough time to run the company

    Unless you are a sophisticated or institutional investor you should be very glad to even get an acknowledgment email
