Should go to 36.0 on the production & mining startup.
PAN has a large mill and large resources albeit at lower grades of 1.23% but the mine plan it WORKS!
Victor is a way better CEO than Harold was recently at PAN,
Harold needs to just copy Victor at POS and make a motza but he cant even do that right.
Victor is showing Harold how to be a CEO & restart a mine & how not to be a travelling rockstar.
