Why? IGO is out biggest holder....431 million units.... are IGO keeping the sp down, down, down to make a poor offer? would a lower sp bother IGO?
better than 50 cents, I suppose if you want to buy the whole bloomin' lot.....
would a suppressor of selling price also keep up their volume of holding by buying more at a lower price to see at a ½ cent loss? wouldn't cost as much as making a bid I suppose.
