I am considering selling, but I tend to try to sell a good 20% above what I consider fair value. Might not succeed but the market tends to swing too far both ways, so buying or selling at what I considered just fair value would be pretty dumb. Need to scalp something from the market to make up for my mistakes.

Please note that I said I “suspect” it’s about fair value. I really will need to do a more rigorous assessment (based on after tax NPV) before any selling. Until I’ve done that it”s a hold for me.
