As to the costs I think you are going to have to be patient and wait for them to drop gradually over the next three years broadly per the revised mine plan released a couple of months ago.
Electricity/diesel seems like it is being addressed. I am sure a lot of effort will be going into other costs too, but it’s an industry wide problem atm.
