this is the downside of employing a team of professional, trained miners imo... the cost of employment is more stable and the team more reliable, but the price is higher than employing labour by the company.

imo productivity is key for the present stage of growth. Labour and other costs can be addressed once revenue rises to enable training onsite.

on the market; the trading numbers have fallen dramatically since last week. imo the capper is finished and buyers are expecting the price won't rise so keeping the pressure on the low price.
