And if what you think I think is correct then why am I bullish on PAN as their ore goes ALL to Trafigura who onsship it to China at Jinchuans smelter?

Get your facts right.
PAN has a mill/concentrator, staff camp & offtake & now is producing, unlike MCR.
PAN is a winner.
