The last cap raise was actually at 20 cents, 24/03/2021 I believe.
The share price briefly dropped to .195 as someone must have been keen to exit but didn't drop further until an insider, S. Kidston (one of the big wigs), sold 10,000,000 shares.
That prompted a break of support... since then inflation concerns, interest rate concerns, and now war concerns, have all forced this baby lower.
You are right, judging by this forum sentiment is currently pessimistic. Shareholders seem to be predicting a further two capital raises (one likely guaranteed at least) within the next 12 months.
This is very concerning and I personally hope after the capital raise that GNX bounces back to at least the 17.5 cent region...
I'll keep my fingers crossed but I certainly will not be holding my breath.
