I've been following the Non Commercials (banks, institutions and hedgefunds) net positions in the COT reports to get a sense of where the gold price is heading.
Unfortunately, the CFTC have not updated the figures for over 2 weeks.
Flying blind atm.
Gold could do anything in the short term although I remain really bullish over the longer term.
Stagflation is the perfect environment for gold.
The non commercials (smart money) were increasing net longs before the blackout!
