Institutions have to sell when shares up to certain percent, in their terms "portfolio balance". Last week selling may just it is. TTT up huge recently and balance selling is necessary by norms. Seems to me: average price is above 15 cents with huge volume (why you sell under?); Volume was lower with selling than buying; Institutions are buying (or swapping between their individual portfolios). Avoid selling too soon, focus on TTT business!
