I don't think he is taking it from the top of the wick. Rather the close pricelol 'fear'. Fear was when a huge portion of investors did not fulfil their share right during the 1c capital raising allowing institutional firms to take huge portions of this company for peanuts. I was actively buying TTT share rights at 0.3c and fulfilling them directly with the company for 1c which by the result of that raising i do not believe many retail fulfuilled their rights as most of them lapsed.
so I'll take my near 1200% profit which yes could have been near 1900% but I'm not a market master
