Now to see how much momentum there is. Second leg now same as first leg ( purple) and its hit potential strong resistance. I still think 12c is not impossible ST, though cash may be tight it is hard to know the flow of cash receipts from several recent orders. Either way, as a longer term play, a CR is no big deal. They will have no issues getting funds in this sector, and the flow of orders is gathering steam.
