More than one way to skin a cat.....with all that acreage there are plenty of parties with hundreds of millions of cash and no acreage which management of STX have been putting in place ...mor guys with money and no acreage than guys with acreage and no money....
No upside in cash....lots in acreage when the game begins so let's not worry about the cash position of the company after a few holes have commenced drilling....sell Louise for starters...has a value but no upside ...does not even earn enough to pay admin ...so sell it ...sure has prices are down...if they go up then Eagle Ford becomes worth much more if it comes in ...which it will.... Smilarly Cooper ...just bring on the drilling and see what happens...
