If I was an eternal optimist, at an absolute stretch, I'd say there might be a long term cup and handle forming. Granted that support/resistance line is pretty weak. But hey, with some of the upcoming news in the next few months, this might actually play out (eternal optimist).

Short term, TPD has slowly broken out of its falling wedge downtrend for now. MACD histogram in the green and MACD above the signal line supports this.
