Probably unlikely to happen anyway, but if the well is lost they won’t be able to drill another straight away. Need to procure casing, wellhead etc etc
So if they actually do decide to redrill, they’ll release the rig to TPD, go lick their wounds until they’re ready and can find another rig slot in the new year.
