    Agree, this is a really nice setup, with the moving averages switching back up and MACD approaching the zero line. Might take a few attempts to break out of the 16 resistance (and downtrend line - yellow). I would suspect that it might stay in that 15 to 20 trading range until there is a material update, such as production commencing etc.
