Referring to fundamentals, I believe a new class of buyer can more confidently enter ESI after the Tincom first payment.
The buying pressure with the probability of a placement to get rid of La Jolla, all very plausible events, will IMO ensure a continual move upwards rather than a reversion.
Then there is the China side of the story.
Do not forget that the Tincom deal can be repeated with the Chinese and others many times over. Remember ESI is a technology company. We do not need to pay for our own plants.
