Perhaps also discount capital gains selling. There must be some that can now sell a parcel and go free carry on the balance.
I know I could sell some get dcg, pay out the margin loan and still keep enough to make it worthwhile. Still a believer though, so will continue to hold until it gets close to what I think is fair value
