    You requested to know how to get the trend in degrees.

    The following resource will explain how to plot a chart in degrees and also provides the name of a free software resource that can be used for the same.

    Apart from this, there are also add ons and plugins to the popular analysis sofware eg metastock, tradestation, cycle trend analysis software, Noxa casual singular spectrum analysis(QPhase) etc that can be used to plot such charts. Just google for them to get a load of relevant links and check them up:)
