4th party is possible OZ, but I expect its been M&G, and OW buying of late. Downsides activity report indicate it maybe the same brokers they've used previously. Plus imo the MO is same as before, they pay no real heed to overbought TA signal and will just buy with their ears pinned back until sated. In fact they probably use TA to pick up traders stock as they all jump out based on TA, not the FA / in-house review data these cornerstone guys have made their decisions on. Not an issue, just 'Horses for courses'.
