As far as I am aware they haven't paid Sino the balance of the $$$$ - I dont know if Sino will take more shares in liue - The 3.3m at $3.90 was for additional steel work not the original plant contract.

The shares to the shipping company were at a discount and the shares to Sino were at a premium at the times they were issued
