At the 2003 AGM Harry said that we are not reinventing the wheel here and that we are just enhancing an existing drug that's already been approved by the FDA (morphine at the time) we should have a pain patch within 3 years and NOT 10 years like some new drugs take to commercialise.
Where are we 10 years on Harry? What seems to be the problem?
