How times change bumpkin but whats even more interesting is Simon Marais 'new' attitude towards independent directors . Research suggests they dont perform & Marais believes if you havn't got skin in the game you dont get a guernsey & I doubt an allocation of options would suffice .Our new joint ceo may have to be a person of means (& faith) in the science . Rather an unenviable work spec' for Harry atm !
