What about both the news the CR has been done PLUS n announcement? The timing of both these would have to be precise (EDE seem to be good at this given past events) otherwise a smell of collusion would drift through the atmosphere. Makes sense though...hey guys buy
$12 million of these shares now cause we can almost guarantee this deal is ready to be signed so the shares should jump 40%...or something along those lines. Up they go to 16 or 18 cents gain and down they come soon after when they dump them at average 15 cents. Dejavous? Get ready and stay light on your feet. All of course only MHO so DYOR.
