All your events are numbered"1". I suppose each one is number 1 in a way. With regards to 1/5 and the cash raise. If the company was to solicit early conversion of options then that problem may be overcome. Early conversion would lead to minimising dilution. Personally I am starting to convert mine as I believe it is in the interests of the company to do so. When do they need it. They need it now.
