Having just got off the phone to the US, it is being speculated that the recent spike in price may have something to do with the industry rationalisation taking place in the advertising/ search engine market ie some takeover interest may be looming.
I was told to watch LOOK very carefully as it will show the first signs of major accumulating by another party. Analyst valuations in the US range from US$4 - $5 per share (this translates to LOK priced between 30c-37c). However, I believe a takeover by someone like Yahoo will see greater synergies and therefore a higher share valuation.
This month is seen as being important (according to my information).
