Wow all these comments over the last week, every one is losing there minds, the shorters are hammering the oh no Competition A2 can't survive if someone else comes into the market, oh no short by 20 million on there expectations growth must be slowing......70% increase not good enough, give me a break. The company fundamentals are strong. partners SM1, Fonterra, new markets geez things will take a little time. What's happening now is just a IBM computer controlled numbers game share grab. Which institutions commodore 64 can get more of you retailers to dump your shares first.
fact: NO changes in substantial Fund holdings since 31 October 2017 Colonial First management (Australia) 39 million to 46 million, Challenger Limited 40 million shares to 47 million 11 September 2017 (NZ Market). Please correct me if I'm wrong just had a look back through announcements, ok directors sold a few but that was to co-inside with CEO retirement.
I find it interesting that ever since $7-$8 days we never see any of those big 50000, 20000, 10000 share buffers that used to control movement up and down remember those, where'd they go. looks like the institutions are just holding all their shares and letting there Atari's go wild with masses of little trades. using a set amount of shares each day which gives the impression of massive amounts of trading every day but there just going back and forth from one to the other, I doubt they make much money on those trades at all, but when they catch one of the retailers who get spooked its party time accumulation. Pretty sure they stopped those buffers because they knew that other funds would snap them up. Long term is there focus can't wait for those dividends. This MSCI is the main cause of stress here new players wanting in and playing retailers for fools. They started it Wednesday morning with an 8 million dollar dump on NZ market, easier to move NZ market, subsequently 200 million dollars traded on Aus market that day. Do you think they got back in and brought back more shares hell yes it was a share grab. T
he more these big movements happen I hear its like an assault on the companies credibility, its not its all just a part of the game. Was the resulting 660 million in sum way affected by The USA share crisis highly unlikely but we still haven't got back our 15% loss form that break out, and now this 20%. It feels like someone just kicked A2 in the nuts and now there just taking 5 minutes before getting back up and booting right back.
