BAL sp is been going up because of A2M news China regulation. Plus BAL was bound to bounce back, the tree was shaken so hard and instos were accumulating slowly for the past a few months. A2M is way better than BAL in every aspect, I see a2M becoming $15-$20 stock in a few years time.
