Look you can't argue that it didn't find resistance around 2.23 because it did and has since fallen back a little, i haven't said the sky is falling in and i don't give advice, just a short term technical move im commenting on. Also the news thats coming is already out there in the market, it knows what to expect, often you may find the market prices these things in before the news, its not all a,b,c when trading shares.
