made another lower low and lower high today - price is below the 15 EMA ( purple line ) and has broken below the long term uptrend Chanel - all bearish signals - on a positive note volume is declining over the last month or so and there doesn't appear to be any desperate selling - lack of buyer enthusiasm is the problem - $7 is a important psychological level that needs to now hold .
