I agree with this except keep in mind how poorly everyone has expected BAL to perform... hence the discount previously. This is just reversing that, A2 has continually outperformed, raising expectations of a straight A grade student because their crappy cousin finally got a C in school won't help anyone(i also hold BAL) DYOR
