Well each additional year brings another 18+ million babies into existence... so it's not actually 72 million 'babies' (that'd be 4*18 or the 4 years of 18 mil babies drinking milk)... over the course of 4 years it'd be (4+3+2+1)*18m which is 180 million. Certainly large enough for a few kids on the block.
