I held this stock right through the fall to 4c then back up to about 1.50 and got out with a small profit as I needed dividend income
(I see they are paying a small dividend now which needs lifting to keep the price up to the higher levels of recent times)
There is huge potential for growth in their civil projects especially as you mentioned (sea walls etc) but at the end of
the day if they continue their refusal to pay a decent dividend they wont get the support they may deserve and need
